I took the short bus to the SCCA regional rally-x (just like an auto-x but not on pavement) that was held at the Isanti Co. Fair Grounds. The track was in the grand stand area, the same area where they have demolition derbys! The ground was hard packed clay, and they kept watering it to keep the dust down....so it turned into snot! So very, very slick! When it wasn't wet it was almost as hard as pavement. The car did real well, dispite only being able to e-brake w/ one wheel, the chirpy/sqeaky motor didn't complain a bit despite being bounced off of the rev. limiter a couple of time. I scored just shy of a one generation older rally prepared VW Golf. Which has a real rally suspension and a quaife differential. Not bad.
